Day 1
- Course and participant presentation;
- Understanding Microsoft Educator program features and functionalities;
- Signing up to Microsoft Educator program.
Day 2
- Exploring and accessing Microsoft Educator academy program learning paths and modules;
- Microsoft Educator program tools and resources for planning and preparing lessons and projects;
- Application group task.
Day 3
- Tools and techniques to deliver and explore content with Microsoft Educator program;
- Exploring and accessing tools and techniques to build the foundation for inclusive learning program;
- Application group task.
Day 4
- Explore the possibilities to transform learning with 21st century learning design;
- Deepen educational experiences with the 21st century learning ICT for learning dimension;
- Application group task.
Day 5
- Exploring the best strategies for hybrid, remote, and blended learning;
- Adopting Microsoft Educator program and adapting strategies;
- Course evaluation;
- Certification.
Note: The course program can be changed according to participant's profile, local holidays or on the availability of schools to visit.
Primary school teachers, Secondary school teachers, School staff and School managers.
- Brief introduction to each of the topics;
- Participants share experiences and best practices on each topic in group and plenary sessions;
- Participants experiment with the use of Microsoft tools and resources and explore online learning paths;
- Individually or in groups, participants explore the Microsoft Educator academy and its lessons and projects, using Microsoft tools and resources.
Course fee: 400,00€ per participant (click for detail)
Cultural visits and meals are paid separately.
Algarve cultural visit has the cost of 50€. Participants not willing to join the cultural visit must notify ACJI 15 days before course starts.
- Course participants will get a Certificate of participation and a Declaration of Obtained Competencies;
- Additionally, participants will get the Microsoft Educator and Microsoft Advanced Educator Certificates, which validate their knowledge and skills in using the Microsoft Educator program for teaching and learning;
- Competences acquired will be validated by the course organizers on the Europass mobility. Participants must ask their national agency to issue the Europass (Visit our website Documents > Europass mobility).
Participants book their accommodation. ACJ will advise participants for hotel choice in different price categories. Participants are free to choose hotels and restaurants. Accommodation is paid directly by participants to hotels and restaurants.
Lunches and coffee are available in or around the University of Algarve, where the course will take place.
