* The course is held in the English language. English A2 (CEFR) level is recommended, but trainers are experienced in helping students with English language difficulties.

Course program

Day 1
Course and participant presentation; Distance learning key factors and organization issues; The European Framework for Digitally-Competent Educational Organisations.

Day 2
LMS (learning management system) and e-learning platforms; Creating and organizing LMS contents, resources and activities; Application group task.

Day 3
Blended learning models; Video Conference tools; Tools and apps to deliver and explore content.

Day 4
Tools and apps for specific subjects; Tools and apps to monitor and assess student performance.

Day 5
Adopting distance learning methods tools and adapting strategies; Managing distance learning with success; Discussing ideal methods and tools for online classes; Course evaluation; Certification.

Target group

Course methodology

Brief introduction to each of the topics;
Participants explore and discuss suggested thematics;
Participants share experiences and best practices on each topic in the group and plenary sessions;
Participants experiment with the use of ICT platforms and tools for each of the type of classes, install, configure and explore tools and apps;
Individually or in groups, participants prepare and share lessons, using ICT tools and apps.
